The Magic Bracelet
Once upon a time there lived a girl named Alara. She was 9. She didn't believe in magic she thought magic was silly and impossible. One day she was having a stroll in the park when she saw something glowing. She very slowly walked to it and saw it was a bracelet. She picked it up, it was very beautiful, it was gold with pink detailed patterns. She thought that someone must have lost it and it must be very valuable. So the next day she went all aound the little village and then finally at the last house she found the owner. But she said that Alara could keep it. Alara was very very thankfull and gave her 5 pounds for the bracelet. When she got home she told her parents and they were thrilled. They said that she was very kind to go all around village and the girl was very nice to give her the bracelet. When she went upstairs after dinner, she told her grandpa and he said that it was magic but she just thought he was being silly. The next morning she saw it had some numbers on it she told her grandpa that she was going to type the numbers in thier school liabrary machine to see what happens. He said something magical will happen she just thought he was out of his mind. So the next day she put the numbers in 2,4,9,0,6,1 and the computer said that the book with that pin is The Magic Bracelet .She looked all around the liabrary and then finally she found it she issued it by her name and took it home. When she got home she took it out of her bag .Then just as she opened it some glitter flew straight into her face. She suddenly closed the book and took 3 deep breaths and this time slowly opened it and nothing came out so she started to read. It said Once upon a time there lived a girl who's name was Alara. She was 9. She didn't believe in magic, she found this book and then...and then it was blank there was no more. She realized that all of the things in the book had happened to her and there was no more because it had'nt happened yet. This was creepy. Then when she went out for recess there was no one there. She thought she was imagining but when recess was over there were no more teachers. So she went to the science lab to check if they were there. But they were not just then she heard someone laughing she turned around and saw that the picture of Albert Einstein was laughing. She thought she was imagining when a picture of Stephan Hawkings started talking she said nervously "steeeppphaaan haaawkiiings you caaan't taaalk" so Stephan Hawkings replied "I can in the picture". Alara ran out and shut the door behind them she was catching her breath when she noticed it had been an hour since hometime. She gathered all her stuff and ran out the door but no one was there to pick her up she went inside and saw that the clock was movng backwards. So she waited outside and then saw her grandpa. Then suddenly all the other children came outside. When she was walking home she saw her house was moved it was further along then normal but she just played along as if nothing happened. She thought that since she got the book, really really creepy things were happening to her. When she got home she opened the book and saw that all the things that had happened to her were now in the book. She thought that she would return the book and everything would become normal so she closed the book but it was'nt closing. Then her hand slipped inside the book then the book sucked her inside it. Then she went into a dark tunnel she was terrified. She started cryng when she saw a light. She started to walk to it and saw earth but suddenly she saw that the people were really tiny. Alara fell on the ground when she woke up all the little people were on her they got of.Then offered her a chair which she assumed was the worlds tinyest chair she said she's fine standing up. She realized they were very kind then they asked her how it is being a giant and she told them that from where she came from she was not a giant becauce everyone was that size. Infact she was only a child so adults are bigger than her and that she's always very small in class. Then she asked how it was there and they said that food grows on tree's but everything else was the same as the human world. Then the tiny people asked how Alara got here then she told them about the magic book. She told them how pictures talked and the blank pages in the book and that there being no teachers or children and the clock going backwards and her house being moved. So they said that the book makes really weird things happen in human world but they could fix it if she would fight Mando. She asked who is Mando and they told her that it was a machine that has been terrorising thier village and has been killing them with his lazor eyes. She said that she'll need there help they agreed to the deal. She told them the plan. Then Alara made a really big sack. The next day they had to put there plan into action so Alara said "na na na na na na" to Mando and it ran to her she chased him to the place where all the tiny people were hiding and caght him in the sack. Then they put a chain around the sack and put it in the trash and Mando was never to be seen again so they said to jump into a copy of the book and she did she went into the same tunnel and this time when she went into the light she landed in her own room and her book had vanished and the bracelet did'nt glow and the numbers on the bracelet had vanished and there home was in it's normal place. Everything was back to normal, Alara was so relieved."Alara dinner" , "coming mum!"
